Advantages:

Heating  resistor  (standard  feature):  the  heater  is  activated,  with  the  powered actuator, when the motor is not working and the internal temperature drops below 25 ° C. This is a key feature in the event of wet or corrosive environment.!

Torque limiter: it interrupts the rotation in case of excessive load torque.!

Manual override and visual indicator: standard.!

4 limit switches: 2 standard & 2 auxiliary – no extra load (allow the user, for example, to connect emergency lights, alarms and other supply valves, ect.).!

Quiet  operation:  characteristic  obtained  using  the  first  gear  made  of  POM, incorporated in the gearbox close to the engine, when the torque is low.!

Double voltage: unlike most manufacturers, we offer power supply double voltage in each actuator, helping our distributors who may stock less options.!

Modulable ranges: the standard  setting is  4–20mA or  0–10V.  The reverse option 20–4mA 10–0V is programmable (except for the VB015).!

Standard version features:

•  The range can be set between 45 ÷ 320°.!

•  Control (0–10V) or voltage (4–20mA) command.!

•  CMD OUT connector with voltage or current feedback!

•  No extra-setting required.!

•  Resolution of 1.3 ° control, positioning tolerance <3% full scale potentiometer.

•  Modes of Operation "standard" 4mA (0V) closes, 20mA (10V) opens or "reverse" 4mA (0V) opens, 20mA (10V) closes. A yellow flashing LED indicates which operation mode is active.

Version with Battery Backup:

•  Technical features as per the standard version.

•  In case of power supply lack, the battery is running one of the following functions: open, close, ending the operation (standard) or open/close (with pos.).

•  Battery operation is immediately enabled, as soon as the voltage supply is interrupted, and it is stopped by the reactivation of the supply voltage.

•  Automatic rechargeable system when the actuator is power supplied.

•  The battery charge state is monitored by the power supply board and displayed using the appropriate red LED.
